LARGO — A woman who says she was raped by a former police officer notified Largo officials Thursday that she intends to sue the city unless it agrees to settle out of court.Through her attorney, Paul Castagliola, the woman notified city officials by letter that she is holding Largo responsible for the actions of its ELEBASH.
