Ronald Reagan listens to an explanation by John Maga (L),of the Calif.Air  Resources Board,of the Features of a natural gas powered automobile at it's unveiling at the Capital .The automobile is practically smog free,costs less that regular gas to operate and produces  almost no  carbon  monoxide ,Cost  of converting a regular engine to natural gas would be about $300 .A total of 50 such Vehicles have been tested on California highways in the past year and a half.
